Heritage Hill home tour
On Saturday I was able to enjoy the gorgeous weather with my mother on the annual Heritage Home tour. There were a total of 12 homes open to the public; a few of which were a school, church and womans city club. The homes ranged from craftmans style, english style and victorian cottages. Ah, it was so much fun and I am so thankful to each owner for allowing the public to tour their homes. Each home is uniquely decorated and kept in its origional design. A few have had minor updates and structural renovations. Going into these homes is like stepping back in time; you are able to visually take a piece of Grand Rapids history with you. I highly suggest this tour to anyone!
Love this home! The current owners are finishing restoring this home in hopes of turning it into a future B&B. How amazing would that be; I would totally stay here!
This home was another one of my favorites!

Thanks for the great pictures. I have been wanting to do this some day. The houses have so much character!
