Klesney Family
This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the Klesney family. We had originally scheduled this session earlier; however, the dreaded flu season kept it from happening. I was so happy when Maria contacted me about this weekend. Just in time for the holiday's! :) You guys were wonderful and such a nice family to work with. Thank you for letting me into your home. Enjoy! :)

Girl Party
It's a sleepover
On Wednesday evening my niece Ayla came over for a fun filled night of playdough, books, coloring and jumping on the bed. She finished out the night with a bath and crashed on the "big girl" bed. What a wonderful way to spend the evening! Aaron and Tracy: hope you enjoyed your evening!

Whew, what a night!

Cameron
This past weekend my cousin Angie and her husband Chris were in town celebrating their son Cameron's first birthday party. Before the party, I snuck over to take some pictures of the birthday boy. The last time I had saw Cameron he was just a couple of months old; has he grown! He didn't want to give up too many smiles for me, but was adorable none the less. He never made a fuss and was very interested in all of the fall leaves. Cameron has the most beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair. Chris and Angie, I believe the girls will be chasing him around the playground when he gets older! Thank you for letting me be part of his special day. :)

Through the Eyes of a Child
Halloween 2008 ~ Ayla Style
Friday evening Brian and I headed to Grand Rapids to celebrate Halloween with family and friends. My niece, Ayla, was the star of the night. She is almost two and a half and is beginning to understand what "trick or treat" is all about. Dressed as a ladybug she headed out, bag in hand. Of course, I was right behind her to capture the excitement. :)

A Day at the Museum
Cathy had first contacted me about doing a session with her sisters as a suprise for their parents. I was even more excited when Cathy's sister Andrea brought along her children. We started our afternoon at the public museum and then headed outside. It may have been a bit windy out but it never phased them. You guys were a complete joy to photograph and such a wonderful family!
